Personal Information Collection

1. Principle of zero data collection

   • We will not collect any personal information from you (including but not limited to name, gender, email address, mobile phone number, address, etc.).
   • No personal information will be requested from you
   • We will not store any of your data
   • We use front camera to detect user is smiling in real-time

2. Description of data storage

   • All in-app data is stored only on your device and developers do not have access to it.
   • No biometric identifiers (faceprints, templates, or raw facial images) are retained.
   • When iCloud sync is enabled:
     • When iCloud sync is enabled: Data is stored in Apple’s iCloud cloud service
     • Uses up your iCloud storage space
     • Developers still do not have access to the data

3. Data Statement

   • The user has 100% ownership of the data.
   • Loss of data due to device failure cannot be recovered.
   • Face data is not retained after processing. It is discarded immediately.
   • No profiling, tracking, or identity verification.
   • No training of machine learning models.
   • Important Note:

     App data is forcibly bound to Apple ID/iTunes ID. Apple’s security policy may be triggered to delete data automatically when switching Apple ID and iCloud sync is not enabled.

   • 启用 iCloud 同步时：
     • 数据存储在苹果 iCloud 云服务
     • 占用您的 iCloud 存储空间
     • 开发者仍无法访问数据

3. 数据责任声明

   • 用户 100% 掌握数据所有权
   • 设备故障导致的数据损失无法恢复
   • 处理后不保留面部数据。会立即丢弃。
   • 不进行特征分析、跟踪或身份验证。
   • 不训练机器学习模型。
   • 重要提示：

     应用数据与 Apple ID/iTunes ID 强制绑定 切换 Apple ID 且未开启 iCloud 同步时，可能触发苹果安全策略自动删除数据

   • 通过电子邮件请求支持时，将获取您的邮箱地址
   • 仅用于联系沟通和技术支持
